You must be 18 years of age or older. Proper Identification is required, which includes either VALID drivers license, passport, or birth certificate with photo I.D.
A non-refundable deposit is NECESSARY to set up an appointment.
You may reschedule if at least  24 hour notice is given ahead of time.
